Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it on WhatsApp or by phone. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock or the delivery details are incomplete.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes never affect orders that are already confirmed.
Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, the full amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for your number.
Bank Transfer
For bank transfer orders, your order is processed after payment is received and verified. Please upload your payment screenshot or share the transaction reference so we can match it to your order.

Limitation of Liability
