Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot and Gujranwala. If your area is served by our courier partners, we can deliver to you.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take 1 to 2 additional days.
Shipping Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,000. Charges are always shown on the checkout page before you place your order.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team confirms it on WhatsApp or by phone. Please keep your phone available so your parcel is not delayed or returned. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number with you on WhatsApp. You can also message us your order number any time and we will check the status for you.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel is returned to us. You can request a re-delivery, though additional delivery charges may apply.
